Tiggo 4 Pro, we recall, is a restyled version of Tiggo 4, which debuted on the Russian market in 2019. The appearance of the car has become closer to the “older” Tiggo 7 Pro model: SUVs now have a similar false radiator grille with a 3D effect and an almost completely identical interior.
The Chinese abandoned the outdated 2.0-liter naturally aspirated engine, leaving two 1.5-liter engines in the range – atmospheric (113 hp, 138 Nm) and turbocharged (147 hp, 210).
Two-pedal versions are now only with a CVT (previously, the turbo engine was aggregated with a 6-speed “robot”), and the basic Action MT package with a 113-horsepower engine will be equipped with a 5-speed manual gearbox.
The maximum discount under the trade-in and “family” car programs can be 260,000 rubles. Below we indicate the recommended retail prices without discount.
So, the initial configuration of Action MT is estimated at 2,049,900 rubles. The list of basic equipment includes LED daytime running lights, cruise control, rear parking sensors with a rear-view camera, keyless entry, heated front seats and a 10.25-inch touch screen multimedia system.
The Action version with a CVT (from 2,149,900 rubles) also includes an electronic parking brake with AutoHold function, remote engine start and air vents for rear passengers.
The average Family package (2,279,900 rubles) will add to the equipment 17-inch wheels (instead of R16 for the Action package), full LED headlights, electric folding mirrors, side airbags, a three-range electric driver’s seat, an audio system with six speakers, a digital instrument panel with 7-inch display and heated rear sofa.
Starting from the Travel configuration (2,339,900 rubles), crossovers are equipped with a 1.5-liter turbo engine and a variator with imitation of nine gears (the base variator has seven “quasi-gears”). The list of options will be supplemented by surround view cameras, wireless charging for a smartphone, dual-zone climate control, a USB connector for rear passengers and red brake calipers.
The top version of Style (2,399,900 rubles) is also equipped with Chery Connect telematics, red decor and atmospheric interior lighting. Here, as in the Family configuration, there is a sunroof, which is not installed on the Travel version.
Thus, in three years, the junior Chery model has more than doubled in price in our country. In 2019, for the base Tiggo 4 with a 2.0-liter engine and “mechanics”, they asked for 900 thousand rubles, and the top version of Cosmo was estimated at 1.1 million rubles. The usual Tiggo 4 is now available for 1.7 million rubles, and the most expensive Cosmo equipment costs 2.34 million rubles without discounts.
