According to the press service of the North American division of the Japanese company, the new Impreza will cost in the States from $24,085 (about 1.8 million rubles at the exchange rate of the Central Bank of the Russian Federation on February 27, 2023), including the cost of delivery to the dealer.
In the specified amount, the model is estimated in a standard version with the speaking name Base; in the Sport version, the car costs two thousand dollars more.
In Base and Sport trim levels, the new Impreza is powered by a 2.0-liter naturally aspirated boxer engine producing 152 hp.
Under the hood of a car in the top-end RS version is a 2.5-liter boxer that develops 182 “forces”.
All versions use a Lineartronic CVT as a gearbox; transmission on all modifications, including the base one, is all-wheel drive: an upgraded Symmetrical AWD system with thrust vector control.
The top-end Impreza RS of the new generation is estimated in the USA at $28,975 (about 2.16 million rubles).
Production of the new Subaru Impreza will be deployed in Japan, at the plant in Gunma. In the showrooms of American dealers of the company, the novelty will appear in early summer this year.
