A complete list of complete sets of the updated Vesta was not long in coming. Just this morning, the AvtoVAZ press service announced the price of a sedan with a 90-horsepower eight-valve engine in the initial Comfort configuration (1,239,900 rubles), as by lunchtime, photos of the full price list made as part of the St. Petersburg presentation of the model leaked to the Web.
Despite the fact that in October AvtoVAZ stopped sales of the unpopular Vesta Cross sedans, they are in the list of trim levels for the updated car. Also at the start of sales will be available station wagons Vesta SW and Vesta SW Cross. Since the March restart of production in Togliatti, about 6.5 thousand restyled cars have been produced, which will be distributed among official dealers in the near future.
The surcharge for the 16-valve VAZ-21129 engine (106 hp, 148 Nm) is 99 thousand rubles, but the combination of the Comfort version and the 106-horsepower engine is available only for a regular sedan (1,338,900 rubles). An anti-lock braking system (Chinese company Kesens instead of Bosch), two frontal airbags, air conditioning, heated front seats, heated and electrically adjustable mirrors, engine start from a button, power windows, an ERA-GLONASS unit and a cover for second-row passengers are provided as standard. Door handles and mirror housings in the initial Comfort version are made of unpainted plastic.
To the basic package, you can buy the Plus package (49 thousand rubles), which includes a central armrest, a driver’s seat with height adjustment and lumbar support, body-colored door handles, heated windshield and rear parking sensors, and 16 inch alloy wheels.
Lada Vesta SW Cross
The Vesta SW sedan is offered only with the 21129 engine in Life (1,542,900 rubles), Enjoy (1,592,900 rubles) and Techno (1,689,900 rubles) trim levels. The Life (1,400,900 rubles), Enjoy (1,447,900 rubles) and Techno (1,569,900 rubles) versions with a 16-valve engine can also be selected for a regular sedan. The Life package comes standard with a central armrest, a height-adjustable driver’s seat and lumbar support, body-colored door handles and an Enjoy multimedia system with a 7-inch screen. The Enjoy version will add to this list rear parking sensors with a camera, a multifunction leather-trimmed steering wheel with heating, a heated windshield, a glasses compartment and special interior trim. Finally, the most expensive Techno configuration will include a 10-inch touchscreen tablet, a digital instrument panel, atmospheric interior lighting, a central rear sofa headrest, side airbags (a total of four airbags), two-tone 16-inch wheels, black mirrors and a roof, as well as other decor
In the most expensive Techno configuration, a vertical tablet is adjacent to a simple air conditioner unit
But station wagons Vesta SW and Vesta SW Cross will initially be available only in the poorest equipment – with a 90-horsepower engine and in the Comfort package. The price is 1,329,900 and 1,511,900 rubles, respectively, that is, the surcharge for a five-door body in the case of the updated Vesta is 90 thousand rubles.
Station wagons have so far been offered only with an eight-valve VAZ-11182 engine (90 hp, 143 Nm)
Over time, more equipped station wagons should go on sale. If the pricing logic does not change (and the prices themselves are not revised during this time), then the 106-horsepower Vesta SW in the top Techno configuration will cost 1,659,900 rubles, and the Vesta SW Cross will cost 1,841,900 rubles. Also, the issue with the climate control system is still not resolved (the unit was originally supposed to be from Renault Arkana / Duster), which is not offered even for a surcharge. Updated “Vesta” with a variator – of course, Chinese – in Togliatti will begin to produce only in 2024.
