In the US, the new Crosstrek will be available in four trim levels (Base, Premium, Sport and Limited) starting at $24,995 MSRP, according to Subaru of America.
Taking into account the cost of delivery to the dealer, the car will cost in the USA from 26,290 to 32,190 US dollars (from 1.9 to 2.34 million rubles at the exchange rate of the Central Bank of the Russian Federation as of February 10, 2023).
The new Crosstrek in Base and Premium versions will hit US Subaru dealerships this spring; cars in Sport and Limited trim levels will reach car dealerships in the summer.
The Subaru Crosstrek 2024 model year has become, recall, the successor to the XV model: earlier, the American version of the XV was called the Crosstrek – now the overseas name is unified for all markets.
In the Base and Premium versions, the new Crosstrek is equipped with a 2.0-liter “aspirated” Boxer family with a capacity of 152 hp, under the hoods of cars in two “older” modifications, a 2.5-liter “Boxer” is installed, developing 182 forces.
The gearbox is already standard – the Lineartronic CVT V-chain variator, the default transmission is all-wheel drive: Subaru Symmetrical All-Wheel Drive, with X-Mode and Hill Descent Control (assistance when descending a mountain). Also in the list of standard equipment are electronic systems for controlling the thrust vector (Active Torque Vectoring) and selecting driving modes (SI-Drive).
The base Crosstrek is equipped with EyeSight Driver Assist, LED headlights, 17-inch wheels, dual-zone climate control, a rearview camera, and Subaru’s Starlink branded multimedia system with a 7.0-inch touchscreen display that supports Apple CarPlay and Android Auto interfaces for mobile device connections.
In Russia, at the moment, at the price of a new Crosstrek, you can only buy a front-wheel drive crossover Chery Tiggo 4 Pro – excluding special offers, a car of the 2022 model year costs from 2,049,900 to 2,499,900 rubles.
