“The name RX continues the tradition of letter designation of Exeed models, and refers to the ideas of revolutionism and luxury,” the brand’s Russian representative office said in a statement.
The new Exeed RX in the version for Russia will be equipped with a 2.0-liter petrol turbo engine with 249 hp.
By default, the engine will be aggregated with a 7-speed “robot” and all-wheel drive transmission. Gears will be switched using the steering column selector.
The car will also receive a driving mode selection system with three main “presets” (Eco, Normal, Sport) and four additional ones: “Snow”, “Mud”, “Sand” and “4×4”.
One of the main innovations in the “materiel” will be the CDC suspension with adjustable shock absorbers. The all-round visibility system will allow you to control the situation not only around the car, but also under the bottom.
The operation of the multimedia system and electronic systems will be controlled by a high-performance Qualcomm Snapdragon 8155 processor. The car will also receive a Sony audio system with 14 speakers, one of which is built into the headrest of the driver’s seat.
At first, there will be two complete sets; what set of equipment will be included in each of them, as well as prices will become known later. The new Exeed RX will debut on the Russian market during the summer of 2023.
