Lada Granta Drive Active became available in a liftback body

Like the sedan of the same name, the new Granta Drive Active liftback is produced at the facilities of Lada Sport, a subsidiary of AvtoVAZ.

Externally, the “five-door” in the Drive Active version can be distinguished from the standard liftback by a number of characteristic sports elements in the body trim.
In particular, on machines in a special modification, an aerodynamic body kit is used that reduces lift by 45%, as well as bumpers of a different design.
In addition, the models of the Granta Drive Active family feature a chrome tailpipe, 15-inch alloy wheels with a black lacquer finish and diamond polish, as well as red bumper inserts.
In the cabin of the five-door Granta Drive Active, front seats with anatomical relief appeared; the seats, steering wheel and shift knob received improved materials with inserts and stitching in bright red.
Lada Granta Drive Active liftback is available in the Comfort package, which includes, in particular, two airbags, air conditioning, heated front seats, and an audio system.
Under the hood of the five-door Granta Drive Active, at first, there will be a 1.6 liter engine developing 90 hp. and maximum torque of 143 Nm. Whether the 106-horsepower engine, which is offered along with the 90-horsepower for the sedan, will become available for the “five-door”, has not yet been officially reported.
The starting price of a 90-horsepower Lada Granta Drive Active in a liftback body is 980,900 rubles. A sedan with a similar engine in the same Comfort version is estimated at 953,900 rubles.
