The new ABT RS3-R, according to the press service of the Bavarian studio, received a proprietary package of improvements ABT Power R.

In addition to the AEC (ABT Engine Control) engine control unit, it also included an intercooler modified by Abta engineers.
As a result, the power of the 2.5-liter five-cylinder turbo engine has increased from the standard 400 to 500 hp, and the maximum torque has increased from 500 to 600 Nm.
From zero to “hundreds” the new RS3-R can accelerate in 3.3 seconds (the serial RS 3 does this exercise half a second slower); The vehicle’s top speed can be increased to 300 km/h by ordering the myABT app for Apple and Android as a free option.
Along with the boosted engine, the new RS3-R also received a modified suspension: the standard package includes other springs and sports anti-roll bars. As an option, an adjustable suspension is available, which allows you to lower the vehicle’s ground clearance by 20-40 mm and separately adjust the compression and rebound travel.
The RS3-R exterior package includes a 95mm stainless steel dual tailpipe exhaust system with a matte black finish, a carbon fiber aero kit, and 20″ ABT High Performance HR20 wheels with 245/30 R20 Goodyear Eagle F1 SuperSport R tires. .

The new RS3-R will be limited to 200 units; each car will receive a special plate in the cabin with the inscription “ABT RS3-R 1/200” and door sills with the serial number of the model in the series. In addition, the hot hatch will be equipped with sports seats with ABT and RS3-R logos. The emblem of the studio will also be placed on the engine start button, and the logo of the model – on the salon rugs.
